They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
Sometimes I have to wait a little, but when they see me they give me the time I need, so I don't mind the wait. They are thorough, and like true family doctors, they will ask about my family when I am there. (I do think the health of each family member affects the others.) They have taken care of my family for 28 years. So I must think they are great. The office staff and the nurses are all great as well as the doctors.
