I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
