They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. To make things even better the office staff has been working on an insurance issue for some time now and due to all of their hard work and time it has been taken care of. Things like this often go unnoticed and I think people should know what type of office this is. So as for my family we thank the office at Twickenham!

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.
