They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met; they didn't make any standard, appropriate, or extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. the fact that she has a contract to treat persons enrolled in a multi-county entitlement program, and has only negative reviews by clients means that the counties involved are not getting their monies worth--or worse. she offers no real "face time" with them," nor any rationales for her prescribed medications--and second opinions i've had from other physsicians have been candid, but scrupulous, rather than to become too involved in "county politics." I've been told i should find better care, consistent with the opinions which estimate that she is, in my case, prone to do more harm than good. I've now obtained a list of doctors willing to accept my medicaid insurance payments rather than to "see" Hain for much longer. I've been cautioned that the counties that have hired her are "satisfied," and that i might do better then to expect any specialists i might see instead also to "confront" (faceless?) county authorities, etc. To avoid Hain, i might have to simply quit several programmes that state funding and county authorities offer--IF only when clients agree to what several ("independent" specialists have said are unworthy treatments, etc. i have no particular agenda; i'd be glad to find the county more able, etc., or avoid problems that seem avoidable, even if i lose participation in several government programs that have merit. unlike far too many, my family can help me if the counties fail as experts say is likely unless the county--apart from bothering too many, and failing anyway--cannot afford standard care, etc. (i plan no litigation as i've yet to hear about such that isn't too burdensome and problematic on the matter of physicians and county liabilities, etc.)
