My daughter saw Dr. Lindsay after accidentally amputating her toe. The emergency room doctor reattached it and referred us to him for follow up. Over the next year my daughter saw him for chronic pain, 2 failed cuticle bed removals, etc. We finally sought a second opinion. Within 1 minute of doing basic range of motion exercises, the new doctor told us the the tendon/ligament the goes across the top of your big toe to hold it up had never been reattached. Now maybe the ER doctor wouldn't know that needed to be done, but you would think a supposed "specialist" (I use that term loosely describing Dr. Lindsay) would be able to figure that out. It could not be reattached because too much time had gone by and it had shriveled up to an unuseable state. My daughter now has a permanently drooping big toe that she constantly stubbs (causing the pain) due to this moron. Our 2nd opinion doctor shook his head when he found out Dr. Lindsay did it. Obviously Dr. Lindsay has a bad reputation.

My daughter broke her wrist and atteneded this ortho office. The doctor us usually only in Thursdays and sometimes Mondays. He is almost always being called away to surgery and the answering service is ALWAYS ON. I can never get a live person.

When we went in to the office we were rushed because the doctor was going into surgery. I am not even sure if he looked at the x rays of my daughters wrist because he told me something totally different than the Emergency room did. The nurse was not very friendly and my daughter commented on that on the way out of the office. No personal one on one time, the doc literally spent 20 seconds with us and ran out. The nurse was not friendly, and my overall rating on this doctor is poor. I would not use them again.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
