I was scheduled to visit this doctor for a neuropathy problem. However, prior to my visit, the office staff mailed me papers concerning sleep apnea. When I called to point this out, they seemed confused. They finally said they would mail the correct forms.
On the day of my appointment (I live 55 miles from this provider), I got stuck behind a wreck and wound up being 15 minutes late for my appointment. When I arrived, there were NO patients in the rating room, yet I was informed by the staff that the doctor said he would not see me because I was late and that I would have to reschedule an appointment. That showed a total lack of empathy and compassion for someone who had to make a 110-mile round trip for nothing. I will not be scheduling an appointment with this doctor in the future.

When I arrived for my appointment (regarding my sleep apnea) the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was completely at ease. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Dr Leuschke and staff are completely professional, helpful and caring. Highly recommend this doctor.
