Dr. entered the room and didn't introduce himself nor shake my mother's hand. He had an arrogant & smug personality and wasn't interested in any concerns we had because he had not viewed my mother's MRI slides from her physician. We understood that he was limited in what he could do for her without the slides; however, he could have at least explained to her about the particular results that were sent over on her paperwork. He also could've been a bit more courteous to my mother at least.

Dr. Bowen operated on my husband's back years ago. He did a one-inch incision and two hours later, my husband walked out pain free for the first time in almost a year! Of course, he was sore from the surgery but pain free!
