I was referred to this practice by another eye doctor who said I could go here or Wills Eye. I have seen both the glaucoma and retina doctors, who were excellent. The office is busy and could use a little updating, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anybody to this office.

The customer service you will receive will want you to kill yourself or one of them. Currently I have been on hold for 23 minutes because I am trying to get them to fax my contact lens prescription to another facility. Can you believe it?
The receptionists are clueless. The doctors are just as clueless. Facility looks old and dirty. The service you will receive, trust me, you would never go back there. Problems with insurance. THey just want your money.
I hate this place and would not recommend it to anyway. There are better eye doctors in your local area, please go there instead.
