I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
