I rarely get to express my opinions when I'm with this provider. They always seem rushed to get done with the appointment. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children. She had more of a commanding voice than a discussion. She treated me like I am having a manipulative creature for a child not not a small needy baby. When I left the office I was more confused and scared. She dint even make an effort to make me feel comfortable. She just kept ranting on as if she is reciting a poem and never stopped to consider my opinion. Coming from Singapore I expected better service here in US but I am thoroughly disappointed. Also she was enforcing her ways into my parenting and made me feel worthless. Never again to this doctor.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
