I have an important concern that needs their attention but he said he couldnt help me since hes retiring. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring.I was told to go to another nerologist and they still charged me for the visit Then they call me back a month later said Doc want to talk to me and told me the same thing.He wanted me to know that it was important I get another nerologist They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
