I cannot attest to the quality of care and knowledge provided by Dr. Vogel.
I got shut down at the appointment making process when no one on his staff spoke proper english and could not understand a word I was saying.

it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had while trying to make an appointment. Its appauling that in America one cannot find health care where someone speaks the language of our country in an intelligible manner or that can understand patients on the phone.

I would absolutely not recommend this office for eye care based on the fact that you need to speak spanish to make an appointment. If you don't. .you may get hung up on as I did.
