I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. One thing that's been so annoying about Dr Awan, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
