Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.
