Dear Sir or Madam,

We're sorry you feel this way. As you can see in our other reviews, many patients report the opposite. Unfortunately, we don't know who you are, so we can't address your concerns directly; however, we can tell you that we have the utmost respect for our patients and their time. Unfortunately, there are times when emergencies or other patients set our schedule back. And although we try our best to get back on track, we cannot replace quality care for rushed service.

With that being said, we apologize if you weren't treated in the manner saw fit, and encourage you to contact our office to discuss in length your experience. We're always looking for ways to improve our practice, so we hope to hear from you soon.
