Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
