I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
