My son is living and working in the Dover, NH area. This office will not see anyone out of network area and were very nasty about it. They told my son that he was not sick enough and that he needs to see a physician for 6 months in the area before he can be seen by them. I called my insurance company and they said this is not true. The insurance company stated they could join the network. The office also stated that my son was not sick enough. How is he supposed to obtain his thyroid medication that he needs? We have not been able to find one doctor in the area that will join the network and accept him as new patient. He will have to drive into Boston, which is an hour away, but at least I know they are more cosmopolitan and he will be treated with more kindness and receive quality care.
