Overall very bad experience. Initial appointment was fine and helpful. Singer was attentive and spent a solid hour with our child. After that, however, no follow up, no communication regarding test results. We called the office nearly ten times over the course of a month and never heard back, despite an assistant's promise that she would deliver our message to Singer. Often the mailboxes are full when you call so you can't leave a message. Out of frustration we contacted patient relations at Newton-Wellesley. They have been very helpful. They contacted Singer's office with difficulty and have formally reprimanded them. Singer's office said they had sent us a letter. This never arrived and we can only assume it was never sent, that they were trying to cover up their incompetence. To boot, they submitted our bill to BCBS of CT, so we've been billed the full amount and have to spend more time trying to clear that up. Avoid Singer if possible.

I am still astounded by the experience I had when I brought our son to be tested for ADD by Dr. Singer. It was the WORST experience I have ever had and at the time, was tempted to report him to the medical board. After the testing, he spent minimal time discussing results and put our son on meds., that were totally wrong (which I know can happen anywhere) and then he disappeared. I called 7 times over 2 weeks and NEVER HEARD ANYTHING again from him. To this day, I am astounded. Far beyond disappointed....angry. I figured he had left town or retired. Yes, still angry.
