Very attentive..just all around great surgeon

I've been seen by Dr Tesone 3 times, today calling for an appointment the woman on the phone wouldn't let me finish answering her questions before talking over me. I couldn't remember the Dr's name who first referred me to Dr Tesone and when I stated for the 2nd time "I've been there before", I was not allowed to make an appointment.
The 3 times I've seen Dr Tesone I hadn't had any problems.
The 5 Stars is for Dr Tesone, the woman would bring that number down.
