They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
