I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They were polite enough, but I wasn't really impressed.
They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. MY main issue with Dr. Zanger is that he is very anti-contacts, so when i went in and described the problems I was having with my eyes, he was convinced that it was due to my contacts and basically said I couldn't wear contacts ever again. Even after not wearing contacts, I still had recurring issues which he claimed were a "mystery". After over a year of going to him and still having issues, I went to another doctor and was diagnosed CORRECTLY within 5 minutes. And the problem had NOTHING to do with my contacts. He was just so convinced it was related to contacts because of his dislike with contacts that he never looked further than that to reach an actual diagnosis.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
