I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important.
