They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. My daughter had excellent care by a very experienced and empathic staff.
