I have been going to Dr. Ross for over 20 years as have my parents. I have found them to not only be professional but caring and compassionate.
I had some concerns about a toe and Dr. Ross stayed well past closing hours to make sure he could see me. It turns out that I had a bone infection. I came close to losing my toe but due to his quick response to my concerns, I am still able to were my sandals!
Another time I broke two of my toes and I called him near the end of his work day. Again, he stayed past office hours to fit me in.
I am confused by some of the other reviews. Parking is more than adequate with many parking places very close to his office. He is handicapped accessible, and as for caring and compassion - I don't know what more he could do for my family. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were a little too argumentative. Twice the woman who answered the phone scheduled appointments for me and then when I went to them they weren't open. The first time she said she would never have schedule an appointment for me on that day because they weren't open, and the second time I called and confirmed myself the day before and she gave me a different appointment time, which I wrote down and said see you then, and when I get there they are closed. The doctor answered the emergency number when I called and said I had an earlier appointment time (I never told him who I was) and repeatedly said I was mistaken and then accused me of calling (what turned out to be his wife) a liar. I'm sorry he is having health problems but the lack of professionalism is inexcusable. My time is money as well.
