They weren't friendly at all during my appointment. They were rude and extremely unpleasant most of the time.
They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed.
