I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
