She is the rudest person I have ever come across! Find another Dr to see, I purchased hearing aids from her over 7k, I was having a problem with the one and she refused to see me, told me I needed to make an apt or come in during " happy hour" which is a scam because she will not see you unless she can sell you something, she makes the front desk girl clean hearing aids which I do not want her touching it since she is not the DR she has even said before she doesn't know much about them all she does is take a wipe to it. However, she will push you off to one of the other dr's in the office because she has said openly she only wanted " sale apts" basically, forget her old patients, If she can't make a sale, My friend also came with me who bought hearing aids via costco and she tried talking him out of it and said her's are better, but was the same exact one and she charged 3 thousand dollars more!!! INSANE!!!

Incredibly Rude. She refuses to accept that you may buy a hearing aid from an outside source, apparently because she does not get her cut. This selfish behavior, and the rude conversation we had about it make me want to tell everyone everywhere to AVOID this doctor!
