They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
