About

Stephen C Culp, MD,

Culp Private Medicine is a concierge, private-pay Cardiology and Internal Medicine practice founded by Stephen C. Culp, MD, FACC, FCSAI. The practice is unique in that it combines Internal Medicine, Primary Care and Cardiology Care, in one convenient setting with around-the-clock physician access. Care is provided for acute illnesses as well as chronic medical conditions. Dr. Culp delivers the full range of cardiology services from office visits to stress testing and hospital care. We integrate your medical care in a single practice with trusted physicians. The number of patients is limited to ensure availability, exceptional communication and personal attention.

Culp Private Medicine combines leading edge technology with clinical experience and personal service in a caring and compassionate setting. Dr. Culp's patients benefit from emerging technologies developed for diagnosis and treatment. Just as important as technical skill is the value placed on relationships with patients, families and colleagues. The focus is on patient-centered care. “One size fits all” is never the right approach where your health is involved. "Each patient is unique. We recognize this and are committed to meeting the needs of every individual."

At Culp Private Medicine, the patient-physician relationship involves a membership agreement and an annual fee. Dr. Culp retains the privilege to order consultations and services within the Medicare system. Therefore, your Medicare and insurance benefits remain intact for care obtained through other physicians, laboratories or hospitals.

Limiting the number of patients ensures availability, exceptional communication and personal attention. Culp Private Medicine patients have direct access to Dr. Culp by cell phone and email if desired. Family members may have direct communication as well.
