Dr. Darryn Appleton is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He attended the University of Auckland in New Zealand and completed his fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has practiced in the Richmond market for over 2 years. He is a recognized expert in cardiovascular intervention including angioplasty and stenting, cardiac catheterization and angiography, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac and peripheral vascular computed tomography angiography.
