I did not feel 100% safe with them at times. You tell me I have cancer but string me along for 5 visits before any medication is close to being given. Record keeping is shody at best. The doctor reads the notes in front of you instead of being prepared before seeing you.
Front desk personal are mostly professional except for one woman who is rude the majority of time. You're working with people with cancer-have a heart and be professional and leave the attitude at the door
I thought the chairs in the waiting room were alright. They weren't as nice as I would expect for this doctor, but they weren't horrible.
They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time or call me and tell me that they didn't have my results. Charging me a co-pay just to take my vitals is not necessary.
