They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Not to mention, after being drug around for nearly a year, NOW they say they won't do ANYTHING to help me and it's OK by them for me to live on pain meds every day. SO IRRITATED WITH THEM!! What kind of doctor leaves their patient in agony!!!??
