Dr. Cummings performed an L 4/5 partial discectomy on me in 2006. That same year, a 3 level anterior approach cervical fusion on my daughter-in-law. We both had excellent results following the respective surgeries. While he makes a living performing surgeries, he is very conservative in his approach and won't perform a surgical procedure unless its' absolutely necessary. He will spend plenty of time with you explaining the options or the procedure. We both traveled nearly 200 miles to Indy to have our procedures performed by Dr. Cummings, who I knew by reputation. From knowing him now, and having been a patient, I would be back in Cummings office tomorrow, if need be. Quite frankly, I can't say enough good things about Dr. John Cummings.
