The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

He was very rude, had no compassion and actually performed the wrong test on my child. His physician assistant was terrible too. She actually told my child in the er that perhaps she just had,"couch potato itus". When her Dr. actually performed the right test, wow she actually had a broken shunt and she was in surgery the next morning.
