... a complacent, overpaid HMO Blue-Shield third-world surgeon from Sri Lanka more concerned with skimming co-pays to pad his portfolio than he is, his patients; as of this writing, my poor husband suffers; left to languish in abject agony with a severe shoulder injury, can't be bothered to expedite anything, this Lameer guy dragged his feet three long weeks, taking his own sweet time scheduling my husband, for surgery. Curt and impertinent, his disingenuous clerks and nurses lie, straight through their teeth at every opportunity, for him; returning phone calls is deemed beneath them --
