Dr. Kelly was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana in 1993. His education continued at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1997. While at Georgetown, Dr. Kelly served as a Medical Council Executive Officer. In 2002 Dr. Kelly completed his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Kelly has a long history of providing compassionate care. He has traveled extensively to developing counties throughout Asia and Africa and has performed free surgeries for the poor and for injured children. He has been recognized and given awards for his volunteer work. Dr. Kelly has published academic papers and has presented at national academic orthopedic meetings. He provides personalized, compassionate care to every patient, taking the time to listen and treating all of his patients’ concerns with the highest respect and sensitivity.
Dr. Kelly is Board-Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the California Orthopedic Association. He is a fully licensed physician and surgeon by the Medical Board of California.

My mom has bad knee arthritis. Dr Kelly was friendly and kind. He have my mom a knee injection that worked wonderfully. She has no pain now! The staff was friendly and helpful!
