They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Sullivan is wonderful, however the office staff not so much! You end up waiting and waiting for your appointment and they are just extremely rude. I ended up needing surgery, but I would never go again simply because his office staff is rude and unprofessional.

First of all, be ready to sit in the waiting room for 1/2 hour, then they'll move you into the exam room to make you feel like you're getting somewhere. Sit there for another 1/2 hour, but now you don't have a TV or coffee. When he finally comes in, he'll touch your leg and tell you that you'll need physical therapy for a couple months. Then, he's gone.. you've wasted a couple hours of your time and a couple hundred bucks on an office visit when you could just go to your local Academy and buy a couple leg weights. Forget the fact that you may need an MRI or some other test to determine if maybe you have a blood clot, nerve damage, torn ligaments... That'll take too long and the office visit meter will stall. We're considering renting a space, getting some cool blue scrubs, and running folks through like cattle. Who needs 12 years of med school?
