They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
He was very Arrogant.
He didn't do the surgery that he said he did.
Left me in worse shape that before surgery.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
