I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
