Dr. Martin really makes sure her patients get her attention and get the care they need. She's incredibly smart and good at making the right decisions to get her patients better. There are times when she's busy but I've figured out that's because she never leaves a patient until they have all their questions answered and feel comfortable with the plan. Also, I figured out that Dr. Martin has changed her office staff since she started this novel practice (focused on the patient) because the earlier staff weren't good enough about delivering the best customer service.

I agree with the Alpharetta Review. We saw Dr Martin in February 2013 Her staff is very rude and will not allow you any contact with Dr Martin (this may be the way she likes it). However, we were charged near $2000 for a visit that $1100 was the only question I called the billing department for. She had no procedure at all done to her and this was a charge for $1100 for fracture procedure. We came to the office on Crutches already and already with PT appointment to be scheduled. They said because Dr Martin said to continue that plan she was able to charge $400 for the new pt visit, $390 for xrays (to verify), and $1127 to "continue" the plan established by pediatrician. I was horrified and questioned this with all staff members, all the way to the manager Victoria, who was yelling at me. I am a pediatric nurse practitioner myself and refer many patients and was appauled by this financial practice. I contacted my insurance company who is "researching this" and explained this to the manager. Who then sent me immediately to collections. My remaining balance was only $644 but the office added "fees for my non-payment" and increased bill to $902 (40% interest rated) which the office visit was only 4 months ago. I am appauled by the practice. Dr Martin was competent and able just WAY over priced.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they didn't wear any cologne
