This is the worse office and seriously should be investigated, so glad I found out before any operation. I am not leaving my name. When calling their office the woman who would not give her name hung up on me. She gave me a number to call, called and she said she would call doctors saltzmans office, what a crazy run around. None of the paper work had been done after two weeks. So disgusted!
