They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm wouldn't know since I'm not a surgeon. There are times when you have to wait a bit longer than I'd like but that's in every office. Their staff was friendly enough. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't need any question answered outside of my office visits. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
