TDr. Katzman's office staff is the WORST!!!!! He wanted me to go for a test and they never followed up on the insurance pre-authorization it with me. I had to make numerous phone calls to the office, my calls were never returned. I got NO answers when I called and asked questions, just a pat response of "I don't have access to that info". If a doctor's office is poorly run, it doesn't say much for the doctor at all. He has numerous offices, filled with almost all worker's comp and accident case - an ambulance chaser! I will be looking for a new orthopedic surgeon. I do NOT recommend Dr. Katzman.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The office was easy enough to find. He has the absolute worst bed side manners I have ever experienced, he is the rudest doctor I've ever met. I think he thinks he is seeing patients for free. I will not trust this man with his disgusting attitude to treat anyone in my family.
