They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I had to get a 2nd opinion because all the doctor was doing was sending me for Physical Therapy. The 2nd opinion showed a torn rotator cuff & the doctor that did the 2nd opinion also did the surgery.
