Mom's initial visit with Dr. Malhotra was less than friendly. My family spent most of the time with his assistant Maria, giving her all the particulars regarding mom's problem. She in turn gave that synopsis to Dr. Malhotra. He came in 15 mins later, rather distant and unfriendly demeanor. He stayed 4 feet away from mom, never touching her nor acknowledged her presence. His suggestion was to keep her warm and happy till the very end. Perhaps he is better with younger patients. Very sad.

The best part was scheduling an appointment.Their staff is quite friendly and professional. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I would have no problem giving them a recommendation.
