The office staff was my major complaint The receptionist once failed to put an appointment in the system, and it was an urgent appointment. So, I showed up with no appointment showing, and they did not handle it well. I had to come back hours later when the PA was 'available'. Dr K. himself made sure every single question I had was answered and was very personable and reassuring. The nurse and PA are always there, but hard to reach. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while.
