Dr. Blank listened well, but didn't seem to have a good explanation of my issues. He was not up to speed with treating digestive issues with diets (except FODMAP) and was not familiar with a lot of health foods (could not answer "could I eat ____ on the FODMAP diet?"). His staff was very unhelpful and ended up sending my labs to an out of network lab. When trying to get them to take care of the out of network issue, they were not helpful at all. I told Dr. Blank about this issue during a visit and his response was nonchalant. Perhaps hundreds/thousands of dollars mean nothing to him. The real kicker was when he told me that the tests I had to pay for out of pocket (and fast for) weren't a great tests and have a lot of false readings. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
