They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I always enjoy looking through the magazines in the waiting room while I'm at the doctor's office, and they have a great selection here. Time always flies while I'm in the waiting room. After my first appointment, they've always remembered me by name and go out of their way to make me feel important. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits, and made sure I understood everything. I felt much more confident beginning treatment.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
