One particularly impatient and rude staff member. You spend 2 minutes with the Dr over the course of your visits and then a stream of personnel who never explain what their roles are or introduce themselves. It feels more like a CPAP business than a Dr's office.

I had difficulty adjusting to a CPAP machine (first timer) so I called and they told me to come in. The rude staff member comes in and blames me for spending such little time on the machine (due to an ill fitting mask and other problem) and says "Well you didn't use this much did you, so do you want a dental device or what" - no discussion about my difficulties, no advice or anything.

Really I felt like if I wasn't a cookie cutter 'CPAP is a miracle cheerleader' that I should go elsewhere because there were easier people to make their money from.

Not recommended.

Nurses are rude and apparently doing you a favor by performing their job functions. Doctor is impersonal and in 3 visits might have spent a total of 5 minutes in the exam room. Billing is a joke. Billing is done through a third party, who then sends your credit card information to the doctor's office who then sends it back to the billing center. 2 weeks to process a credit card payment. The only kind of follow up has been from the CPAP equipment supplier. Avoid this place at all costs.
